These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that with handmade glass jewellery colour shadings may vary and we endeavour to send goods out as near to the viewed image as possible.
All prices include the cost of delivery by royal mail. The service we use depends on the order value. We aim to deliver goods within 3 to 5 working days. If an item is out of stock and we anticipate a longer delivery date we will contact you by email or telephone to agree a new delivery date. Proof of posting can be given on request, as all items will be insured therefore any loss incurred by royal mail delivery service will be replaced.
We offer a full refund on goods that are returned to us within 10 days of receipt. The goods must be returned in the condition that they were sent.
If you wish to return an item the cost of postage will be paid by the customer. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels returned to us that are lost in transit, therefore we strongly recommend at least the royal mail signed for service.
We will refund postage for goods that are deemed faulty.
Your privacy and security is of the upmost importance to us. Payment will be processed using Protx Secure Payment Gateway. All information is held securely and no data whatsoever will be passed on to a third party.
Engravable goods are strictly non-returnable, however if the item is deemed faulty we will gladly replace it.
