Returns
All returns should be sent to the address below with the original order number and order date, stating clearly whether you require a refund or exchange, if it is an exchange and there is a balance to pay please send a cheque payable to Joolz with the return, if there is a refund owed we will credit your card. All items returned should be wrapped carefully and sent in a padded envelope. Free beads must be returned with any refunds if the order amount falls below the qualifying amount. DO NOT RETURN ITEMS FOR EXCHANGE IN BOXES

Please note that all free beads should be returned with refunds where your order falls below the qualifying amount. 

Bracelet Returns
Bracelets should be returned to the address below for exchange or refund. Please DO NOT return exchange bracelets with the original box as we will be unable to return your box to you. If there is a difference in price please send a cheque for the difference made payable to Joolz. Alternatively return your bracelet for a refund and re order the correct size.

Faulty Returns
Please contact us via the link below, with your order number and order date including details of the faulty item and we will send you a replacement with a postage paid envelope for you to return the faulty item.
